I would give 10 stars if I could. Master Kim and Master Ryker are incredible! And the entire leadership team is great at patiently teaching and spending time on techniques. They are great at building up confidence and teaching important life skills such as respect, discipline, teamwork, and focus. And fun skills like Korean words, fun physical challenges, and breaking boards (my son's very favorite part!) We are so sad to leave (moving) and would have signed all of our kids up as they became old enough. We had an amazing experience and recommend to everyone!

Master Kim’s Tae Kwon Do is the best school in town! We attended another school in town years ago but after seeing the way they treated their employees we found Master Kim’s school and quickly signed up with Master Kim. His entire employee lineup is AMAZING with their students and their families. Definitely recommend them.

So many good things to say about Master Kim’s in Meridian! The values of the program and the way they teach these values in a fun and approachable way is incredible! All of the instructors not only have the athletic skill required to teach the children but the ability to make that training fun and get the kids excited and engaged. We have an independent super sassy daughter and she soaks up every word the instructors say which then carries over to home. She’s struggled to stay motivated with other organized sports and is always excited for her TKD days! It’s safe the say we all love Master Kim’s Tae Kwon Do!

I cannot recommend this taekwondo class enough. The people, the atmosphere and the techniques are all great. This is one of the most POSITIVE environments I've ever been in. Everyone is always so cheerful, friendly and encouraging. Master Kim and Master Ryker were always great, helpful and went above and beyond to help not only my son, but the other kids as well, to succeed and to enjoy the class. If you're looking for a taekwondo expert, Master Kim is your guy. We can't recommend this place enough. We can't wait to see if there's an expansion in the next couple of years, as we have moved. We maintain an average class size of just 5-10 students at a time in our Adult Martial Arts classes.
This smaller class size ensures that our dedicated instructors can provide individualized coaching and guidance, helping you develop and excel in at their own pace. Plus, with a close-knit community of fellow students, they'll enjoy a supportive and engaging learning environment.
Although any sport or activity has some risk involved, our team of certified instructors follow safety protocols to ensure a safe and supportive environment for our students. In fact, unlike sports which has one adult supervising an entire team, we have multiple instructors monitoring a room at all times making sure everything runs smoothly. Our classes are tailored towards accommodating students regardless of their weight, age, abilities, or energy levels. Astonishingly, many of our students have tried sports and other athletic activities only to realize it’s not for them.
